Listening to this and remembering other times he spoke up for the American Indian, I wonder why he never used his success and power to make a film that presented a more accurate, sympathetic view of Indian culture. It seems to me it would have had a more positive impact than his comments in interviews which can get a bit rambling and unfocused.
@ParkerAllen2 Funnily enough, he tried very hard to get a project off the ground with his own financing about the American Indians. What torpedoed the idea was that no company would distribute the proposed projects he put forward. I saw an interview with him in his 70's where he discussed his anger about this subject.
You people just watch. Most of the people when they are invited in this big tv shows, they have emotions and most of them take the glass of water, but they don t drink nothing, they just try to find a refuge when they have big emotions.
So i want to believe that here M.Brando tried to send a message, like "Don t do that" with other words,if you take that damn glass of water, drink it.
so many of todays BS stars try so hard to have talent, cool and appeal , and u either have it or u don't! and Brando had it.....what ever it was! and he even declined an oscar in protest for what the USA was doing in 'Nam'!
He doesn't do anything particulary funny but i still laugh when i see this interview. Because of his body language and everything, is it possible to be this cool?
