RICO based class action lawsuit filed against FHTM and all of its National Sales Managers in Kentucky on September 2, 2010 claiming they are an illegal pyramid scheme, just like Montana did in April 2010.

and what happens when I go through all of my friends and family? What if I build a huge team and the domino effect falls in the other direction. 1 minute I have 20,000 in my downline the next minute I have 100 people in my downline.
