Congress' job is to manage America's monetary system. The Fed's induction ended that in 1913. Congress now uses the Fed as it's own personal banking system without regard to the American Tax Payer.

@jmartecep It started out as a way to inflate spending capability of the military during ww1, it is actually constitutional but is only by law allowed to last a period of no more than 3-6 years maximum. So we are over 100 years into it now...... lolz.
