the 'it' thing is so great!! gets me every time. 'it' didn't make me angry--I made myself angry because of how I'm seeing things or reacting to someone/something. and I love not using why either. it's like a kid..why why why. substituting 'how' for 'why' makes so much sense. why didn't u call me? vs. how is it that u didn't call me? the first one puts them on the spot to come up with some bs. the 2nd speaks to what is actually going on for that person....u just have to be curious+care!

Just sitting here and watching myself try to think without the 3 taboo words... and I see that I'm rendered speechless. filled with great curiosity about "who" is on the other side of that "dumb space" Brad, your workshops ain't cheap! Arrggh!
