i always thought the anger fueled by rage was a little ridiculous. A person can only get so angry, emotions are not infinite. Also if a character is much stronger than the Hulk to start, then whats stopping that character from killing/disabling the him before he becomes "angry" enough to to beat his opponent?

if Hulk fought and killed Doomsday, Doomsday would come back stronger than when the Hulk killed him. But then Hulk would get even stronger and kill him again. I doubt it since Superman has learned from the Huntress, Wonder Woman, Mongul, Batman, etc. With those feats, Superman is above Thanos (without artifacts).

Best case scenario, they just wail on each other until the end of time. Hulk unfortunately needs anger to become stronger. Doomsday doesn't. Emotions have no effect on him. He spontaneously evolves to survive and overcome everything.

@FrankenFraud Doomsday is even more difficult to destroy than Hulk. He has the same regenerative capabilities, but damage resistance far greater than Hulk's. Only thing that has EVER been able to truly stop Doomsday was the Heat Death of the Universe. First I've heard of him weakening after revival, he usually comes back stronger than ever with new ablities Also, he would overcome Absorbing man. First time, Absorbing man would do exactly that. Then Doomsday would come back immune to his powers.

The reason DD wins, is because unlike other villains of similar strength, he can't be beaten by the same powers twice, Supes beat DD once, DD came back immune to him. Thanos would defeat superman, but some Marvel foes are tailor made to either beat Thanos or make his life hell, Warlock/Magus and Drax always find a way.. hell the new incarnation of Drax can ignore Thanos armor and just punch his heart out at will... Surfer can give him problems.. I also doubt he would be able to take out non conventional powers, Pretty sure Dr. Strange would school him.

The Torquasm isnt that special, its a LIGHT version of what the Silver Surfer can do, but no way near as good. Were talking about people who eat cosmic radiation for breakfast. Now I can tell you for a fact the surfer will see it right away no question, just like in his fight with the eternals.

@Faelsun Silver Surfer was knocked out by a punch of The Thing..lol! Silver Surfer is very weak against physical damage. Superman can't die. The Universal Death told him he couldn't and that he was an annomaly. It even tried to kill him but Superman destroyed it. Wanna see how truly powerful Superman is? Ok well lucky for you Shadow I have a copy of FF #48 ( reprint) and a scanner so on my page anyone who wants to see it can watch the Thing hit the surfer in the back, then you see his board coming towards him and him falling the next panel, Then The Watcher tells the Thing not to worry because he couldnt hurt him anyway. Then in issue 50 he kicks the Things ass sideways..... so.. basically your kinda full of shit.
