This certainly shows how the Enagic machine MUST be cleaned regularly if you live in a hard water area. That message is obviously not getting through to the user. The Athena numbers are amazing ... what level was this? You said highest level on both ... was that 9.5 on Enagic and 10.0 on Athena?
@mmorningstaur enagic puts pH numbers on their buttons, we don't because different water will get different results with the same machines on the same settings. both machines were set on their highest settings...
I bought a enagic sunus, I signed for it on the 21st of june 2011 and it broke on the 28th of july ( key word is it is an enagic). the customer service is the worse experience i ever had with a company. i will include my enagic disributer number so you know that i am not with any other company 7260740. I will never sell these machines to anyone do to all the lies that are told and that the enaic machine are total garbage. whoever reads this stay away from enagic look at the bbb reports
sorry for your experience, IonWays is a fantastic company that offers great service, I was the first employee with the company and am very proud of the service and quality we offer. contact me at gavindickinson@gmail.com and I will be glad to help you in any way I can.
the difference between the two readings is dramatic, and this always is the case. the Athena produces more alteration to the water in every side by side test I know of, including the ones we conducted almost three years ago at the Silver State Labs in Las Vegas NV. The Athena is a superior product at half the price, with a lifetime warranty on parts, and five years on labor.
You can see from comparing this video to the one with Ron McCormick that the ORP numbers chage from day to day (this video was shot the day before the one with Ron), and the ORP meter is not a lab quality instrument...
