Later I learned about healing power of ghee through Hare Krsnas. So if your butter quality is in question just turn it to ghee. Just by adding veggie oils to cows, especially canola,rape seed induced alzheimers.

I have a question I went chaga hunting and I think gatherd 3 pieces but they look like small bells with sort of bell shaped with lines growing around them and one piece has like green moss on the under side but they are not like your rough black bumpty skins mine are smooth brown feel like wood growths on the tree is this also chaga that I can use
Many times after a weight training session, my body feels out of balance. There are other times when afterwards, I feel balanced and have an abundance of energy and recovery is fast. I'm not sure why this is. I eat a very healthy diet, high in protein, and lots of super-foods and vegetables. Either I am overtraining or have some kind of problem. I don;t know who to turn to who could help me figure out the issue.
Have you tried a kettlebell? Which in your opinion is best for overall health? I was going to get a kettlebell soon but maybe a clubbell would be better.

Will the protein in the egg whites bind to nutrients in the drink? I've been just using the yolks in my drinks and vegetable juices because I'm not sure.
Unrefined salts taste much sweeter than regular table salt.
