  • Well this was good for a laugh at least. He's telling us to eat more salt and butter. We Americans already do that. I don't see our awesome robust health manifesting yet. May be we need more fat and salt.

  • @sillygoose544 Life extention foundation put out lots of research material on butter vs veggie oils. So in 1993 I made sure only butter was used my diet. Later I learned about healing power of ghee through Hare Krsnas. So if your butter quality is in question just turn it to ghee. Just by adding veggie oils to cows, especially canola,rape seed induced alzheimers.

  • @sillygoose544 Americans eat processed food, meat milk and veg from factory farmed animals and domesticated plants. the consumption of healthy grass fed raw butter where animals consumed their natural diet, to butter from factory farmed tortured cows producing genetically altered milk Is beyond ridiculous and quite honestly just shows lack of education or understanding. Same Is true for salt.. Why compare table salt with unrefined pure sea salt, or Himalayan salt?

He tells us we need the mineral that are body is composed of.He makes it simple.As Einstein said if you can't explain it simply then you don't truly understand it.I went on his alkaline diet for 3 days and saw a huge difference.Mind you I bodybuild and I would ask my fiance do you see any results.She would only say I was getting big,meaning bulky.I went on this diet and in 3 days without working out I saw great definition in my Abs.She notice then.

  • @monellasweeting Really? then why are a lot of vegans suffering from hormonal related issues? Why Is there an abundance of estrogen? Cholesterol is very important because It allows for optimal hormone synthesis. Your body does produce It, but it has many uses..like building cell membranes for example..So often times your body will produce enough for bodily maintenance but not for hormone synthesis. Havingcholesterol Inyour diet Iscrucial for the health of your endocrine system.

Most vegans eat hybrid foods that are not natural,just like meat eaters eat cows and chickens which also are not even natural.Nor are swine. Most people eat thing that they have no idea where it came from.Dr Sebi speaks advacate the alkaline diet and there are no problems on this diet what so ever.NONE.You can look up Dr Sebi,Dr E Shook,and Dr Ariole for starters.

  • @cpilfold420 The idea that your body needs amino acids is a false one. Your body wants to stay at a ph of 7 and above. The majority of the foods people eat today are highly acidic because they are man made.All meats are acidic. Meat protein deteriorates muscle tissue over time.Look at Arnold the Olympian champ,he's now flabby and fat.Look at vegan bodybuilders who are 70/80 with muscle,who only been doing it for 5 yrs.The body has no use for acids other than maybe helping digestion

  • @cpilfold420 Well before I heard about Dr Sebi I heard about a body building program that only dealt with Nutrient Dense foods. Dr Ariole and DR E shook would beg to differ.I think they would agree that I know something.

You can not be sick in an alkaline state. Most sicknesses and weakness come from being over acidic. People eat lots of meat for protein.That very protein inhibits the body from absorbing calcium.So your body Urinates it out.They result is osteoporosis. If you look them up and still think the same then I wish you the best.

  • Many times after a weight training session, my body feels out of balance. There are other times when afterwards, I feel balanced and have an abundance of energy and recovery is fast. I'm not sure why this is.  I eat a very healthy diet, high in protein, and lots of super-foods and vegetables. Either I am overtraining or have some kind of problem. I don;t know who to turn to who could help me figure out the issue.

Coli as most informed people know how unlikely to nearly impossible it is to contract it and get sick from consuming raw eggs. you were able to find this video, I'm sure you are more than capable enough to find correct information on salmonella and E. Coli.

  • LOL, that's so true about the evolution of the nutritional aspects of the egg. People get so hung up about which part of the egg or whether any of it is good. Stop being so complicated and just eat the whole thing, even the shell has some very unique blend of minerals.

  • What type and brand is the glass stove top pot used in this vid? Btw, I bought the ElixirCraft mp3 series and the new elixir DVD - excellent video quality and excellent ideas for making elixirs.

    I can see how Daniel's elixirs have changed over time. Daniel seems to use more cream, butter, and eggs now as opposed to nut milks. I liked how Arthur Haines described and showed how Native Americans (and Arthur) processed Hickory and made calorie and nutrient dense nut milk. Thanks Daniel and Sarah!

  • nickster, one must boil chaga in order to get the medicine out. There may be other ways to do it, but chaga must be processed in some way. Decocting is by far the simplest and is very effective.

    the contents of my refrigerator once looked like that..bottles and containers of products. it freaked me out. took me a long time to find 80/10/10 approach..fresh fruits, no products. see durianriders on youtube.

  • Great video, it is soooo great to see that Daniel has been some studying of Weston Price work and is a fan of raw eggs, raw butter stuff!!! I myself find WP and his approach to diet the most senseible approach of them all based mainly on traditional "old-style" eating based on locally produced, fresh, fermented and wild food stuffs. Makes so much more sense than to be reliable of exotics being imported to you from the other side of the world being out of season. God bless Daniel´s open mind.

  • THANK YOU DANIEL for telling us that saturated fats and salts are important to INCLUDE in our diets. I'm convinced that cutting out quality fats is causing tons of problems (i.e. alzheimers) in the population. One Question: Would Daniel drink the whole thing? This looks like a lot to drink!

  • Will the protein in the egg whites bind to nutrients in the drink? I've been just using the yolks in my drinks and vegetable juices because I'm not sure.

  • I prefer yolks to the whole too, just because of the avidin in the egg white, but if you blend it who knows what could happen
