  • nothing is quite like going into a cheese/butchershop in old europe. most every meat or cheese is butchered/cured right there to this day and in some cases has been for hundreds of years

  • buffalo mozzarella ................best cheese ever, a litle oil and vinegar, some crushed red pepper,  eat it all day
