The P40s are in the process of being reactivated after being in storage for the better part of five years. Seen here being moved from Bear, DE. to Beech Grove, IN. to be overhauled. The two Amfleet cars permit the train to move at passenger train speed (79 MPH) as opposed to the 50 MPH limit imposed on light power moves.
