  • Wow, you have a perfect body, I so envy your boyfriend, or girlfriend, I have the best body in LA, under my fat. Funny, even though I still have a good amount of fat on my body, the vertical muscle lines on my belly are cut so deep, maybe from doing twists on a twists machine, or from doing incline sit ups, not that inclined, or not that many. I hope soon that my body is as perfect as yours. Julius, the modern Cesar.

  • Do you have to use a medicine ball for the bicycle exercise?

  • remember that if you can't see your 6 pack now then the only way to do so is continuous 5-6 days a week, hardcore, intense, heartwrenching cardio. 1 set of 20 crunches burns a total of 9-15 calories.1 fucking set. a pound of fat is 3500 calories. and fat burning does not begin until you deplete a considerable amount of glycogen. sorry i get passionate about working out. good luck!

  • a six pack is genetic. some people just can't get a six pack.

  • if you're a gymnast or a cheerleader all you have to do is 20 standing back tucks a day for 30 days and you'll have a 6 pack. it really works. plus it helps you practice!
