I really liked the sound of the boomcans but the noise level increased dramatically with the new 113" over the previously modified 80" , with some touring pipes it was so loud we could no longer hear the radio, even at low speeds. The 4" CVO mufflers with Fullsac baffles allow us to dial in to the sound level that works best for us, these days we can hear the sound system most of the time with only losing it when we are going up hills or accelerating hard.
first off, boom cans are still out there, milwakee bagger sells them, and i would hope to tell you get alot more ultima engine. my 107 has upwards of 135 hp. i would reconcider the engine man... the boom cans rule though
Yes, Milwakee bagger still has some of the Boomcans, but with
the 113 they would way too loud too loud for me. I prefer the CVO mufflers with Fullsac baffles these days. I am glad you are happy with your 107, everyone should be happy with their ride, and so far the 113 does an excellent job of satisfying this old couple on their old bagger.
Yes, we like riding our old Harley a lot, it currently has a little over 107 thousand miles on it. I am currently upgrading it with a 113ci Ultima engine and a little excited at the possibility of 120 HP. Of course it may take me a couple weeks to get it running again, but worth the wait.
my 94 FLHTCU has almost that much its got 86,000 original jugs and all, god bless nice bike i need to bring mine out of retirement its been sitting will post update soon
