It was also the passing of the torch, Qui Gon was clearly not as good as Obi-wan anymore, student became master. Darth Maul's death left Dooku next in line as sirth lord, when he was killed off it made room for Anakin/Vadar.

The trilogy fits perfectly together and that is the great thing about trilogy, there is no thinking ahead, it was all thought out well before hand.

Not really, darth maul needed to be killed by obi, to build up obi's strength and star power.

Quinn needed to die because their was no need for him in episode II and III and there was no dialogue including him in episode IV, V, VI.

Well the thing is the Jedi are regarded as keepers of the force letting it flow in it's natural way. While the Sith use it purely for destruction most of the time. As long as the Sith exist they will use the force to cause much death and destruction cause such is the way of the dark side of the force. However many of the Jedi's use the force in a more meditative way then anything else in a sense the difference is the Jedi's learn it to invoke peace. While the Sith learn it to destroy.

can someone please explain this to me...qui'gon and other jedi's talk about "bringing balance to the force" yet there are like.. a handful of sith compared to loads of jedi. So if there was to be balance, the jedi would have to lose a few numbers, which of course is what happens.
