I found and easier way to do it and it worked on the first try.

On the Tabledance at the south in the industrial zone of Alderny the parking lot is alway full. You just need to move about 4 cars and park them really packed, 6 side by side and 4 more infront of them. 1 single granade worked for me.

Yes, you just need to make them explode. Even Molotov coctails works. And they work really good since the effect slower, so they give you time to throw a bunch or switch to your rockets.

@chrisfur2 well my friend, the reason you didn't get the achievement is because you were blowing up 15 cars but the achievement requires 10 thats why you arnt getting it

Holy shit, what are your system specs? I can't enable any shadows, or my FPS dies. I roll with a C2D 2.66, 9800GTX+ and 4 gigs of RAM. I don't think the engine has been optimized correctly, because I can't run higher than medium to high settings and get over 30 FPS.

sometimes, i found for gta 4 some achievements dont always show up. i did the under the radar achievment and it didnt work, i made a new profile and it worked. so try making new file? and i used no cheats btw.

I did a grenade 'drive-by' and dropped 2 grenades at star junction by a row of cars - it only sucked i couldn't see all the explosions on the screen though. that's how i got my achievement

im not sure how the cheats effect the achievements. I know some of them would stop you earning them. But others can be used freely. If you are having trouble getting this one because you have used a cheat then simply start a new game.

I got this achievement today while doing the 'Liquidize the Assets' mission for Gambetti. It's your objective to destroy vans. I piled the vans up, added some extra cars and put a forklift I found at the scene in the middle because it looked like it had a propanetank on the back. One grenade later: achievement unlocked! good vid. thats pretty much waht ive been doing, but the achievement never unlocks. what am i doing wrong? i even parked 17 cars together and blew all of them up. i recorded a video of it so i could time it and see if i did it in under 10 seconds and i did. i got in each car and parked them though, thats the only difference from what you did in the video. you just left them all there... hmm... ill try that
