From what I remember reading years ago when it came out, there would be too many licensing issues to bring it to the US.

However, there is a DS game called Mugen no Frontier: Super Robot Taisen OG Saga coming out that could very well make it to the States. It has the 2 main characters from NxC and KOS-MOS.
