Great video! We really enjoyed ourselves today at Turbury Woods, my wife, niece and I. I was fortunate enough to fly Checkers and my niece even came away with a moulting feather!

A beautifully well-looked after bird, lovely staff and we felt very lucky to be a part of a wonderful experience - thank you Turbury Woods.

I strongly recommend a visit.

I may have nightmares now, lol. I actually got attacked by an owl yesterday when I went hiking here in WA. Was walking and felt a huge THUD on the back of my head. Had no idea what hit me, so I just kept walking. About 10 seconds later, same thing happened and I saw the owl veer off to the right and onto a tree. Really lucky I was wearing a hood.

That thing is a fucking beast. Owls aren't anything to fuck with. They are beautiful creatures, but come night they go out and jack things up. Imagine one of those things living in your backyard. Thats basically like a dog living in a fuckin tree, waiting for nightfall to unleash havoc on its prey. Scary but awesome.
