@IluvAnime2000 I think Hatsune Miku is 100% synthetic. Although I am no pro but her voice is actually produced by a program called VOCALOID, for her concerts there is a live band on instruments and a giant screen in the center of the stage where it shows a CGI model of her preforming. It's all quite amazing I think.
