I know someone just like my might read this all i have to tell you is "do what they say" stop all the crap eat and train and take your meds are the doctor says.
the very best thing you can do is this...."eat good foods" i know its easy to it as drive through but if your reading this you nedd to be doing i 1 thing only high octane foods! and excercise are a must. cut out sodium all trans fat and saturated fats. im the guy that when people heard it happen to me the just about fall off there seat. as i sad this haooen aug 5 im 38 and in this short time im in as good of shape as when i was 18. hang there there people. understand "you alone" can change.

You can take medication to thin the blood if it's prone to clotting - aspirin does this very well. It's not so much medication for the heart itself, rather precautionary measures to reduce cholesterol and strengthen the muscle through good diet and exercise.

I had a heart attack at 37 my cholesterol was sky high ,very active ,sport 3 times a week
working 7 days then bang heart attack.I was lucky .Looking back all the signs where there,but like a fool ignored them .DONT LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU.

there are few causes of heart attack as shown in the video such as cholesterol n atc,but heart attack also can hapopen because of shockness...I am so sorry for the death of ur relations my friend...But this video can be use to alert people the ways to prevent them from haert attack...

Hello. The average age for a heart attack is most likely to occur from 40 onwards. But some people have even had heart attacks at age of 25! Junk food isn't too bad as long as you limit it and exercise at the same time.

to the commant below, i suggest you get an ECG scan straight away just to be sure and take plenty of omega 3 with vitamin E and C and take regular exercise, if you smoke stop now.

im 28 and i sometimes have acute pain in my heart,,, and also feel shortless of breath,,, but it gets healed on its own in some time,,, is it serious.. my brother didnt survive a heart attack last week,, he mistook it as some acidity problem.

im 14 too, i think its normal, since i got the same! but if you drink alot of coke, or coffee, its because of that. it feels like a heart attack

I think its because your lungs expand due to demand for more oxygen. If you do the same routine exercise daily after some days you wont have that chest pain.

i went to the doctor and had an EKG done and apparently nothing is wrong she said it was probably from lack of sleep and unhealthy eating.... but hey that's what parties and summer break are all about =)

my father died of a heart attack just recently. his only complaint on that day was that he was having a toothache. my mom called the dentist for an appointment, but minutes later my father was already having a heart attack. i hope there will be more info about heart attacks.

highly unlikely (nearly impossible) to have a heart attack at your age- but if you have any sort of chest pain you should consult a doctor immediately.

You can take medication to thin the blood if it's prone to clotting - aspirin does this very well. It's not so much medication for the heart itself, rather precautionary measures to reduce cholesterol and strengthen the muscle through good diet and exercise.
