this is not a glitch, he gets the points for the 3 blue peices initally then just 7 red pieces, there is no star because the star was all red, the center peice has to be different...

he knows how to make a flower he is showing that he made a cluster and it was scored as a star.

To be a flower, it must be six of any of the same color surrounding a different color. You had reds around a red, which is not a flower.
