@zimba9810 my guess is that the camera auto adjusts for the brightness of the light, (main use for changes between night and day) - it went darker when the tail lights of the retarded drivers car flashed directly at the camera, that's just a guess though

I don't know what the flashy car had to do with the collision. The light was red, and hadn't changed. The car that was hit was stopped the whole duration. If the person didn't see the car at the intersection, or the light......  The tail lights were different than standard cars, but not enough to really "stand out" and draw full attention. Just coincidence that there was an exotic car at the intersection.
