Yeah you can remove the tearoff posts... It just snaps in to the lens... Only problem with removing them is you're gonna leave a couple of holes in the lens which pretty much defeats the purpose of them...I bet there's replacement ones that dont have the holes though... so buy one of those when you get the goggles
I haven't had too much experience with the Fox goggles, but Spy makes a pretty good product too. I was considering buying a pair of Spy Goggles before i got the Scotts... But in my opinion, go with what you think is best. Hold it to standards such as quality, how it fits you, and durability.
If you ride pedal bikes why do you need tear offs?

nice goggles but iwas just wonderin for the tareoff post on the frame if you can remove it cause i dont need it and it looks kinda ugly thanks

Steve only had one pair of thor enemies... that was the only thor goggle there and it was blue... so it didnt match anything that I even own lol
