it looks good but it sounded like you held your breath all theway up then when you racked it you letout dint di tha...im not saying you did but i just sounded like it...and make sure you hands are even on the bar so it balances right...maybe widen you grip about an inch also...other than that nice job!!!
its good form as long as your ass isnt of the bench

Looked good. You might want to try widening your grip a bit. It will shorten your stroke and help you balance the weight better.

Your elbows shouldnt be tucked in, Unless your doing a close grip bench.
