  • its good form as long as your ass isnt of the bench

  • looks a bit narrow, you might wanna widen your grip a bit so you can get more power from your chest

  • @joeypill7 a 195 max is nothing to brag about that actually pretty terrible, i put up 225 and i dont flaunt about it because thats unacceptable too

  • don't bounce the weight off your chest Stop it like 1-2 inches from it

  • ja ur maxing out 155 thats nothing well i remember i used to max that but i no max out 195 and jus weighing 130 pounds.........but the thing is u look about 155to165 pounds and ur jus benching ur weight

  • it looks good but it sounded like you held your breath all theway up then when you racked it you letout dint di tha...im not saying you did but i just sounded like it...and make sure you hands are even on the bar so it balances right...maybe widen you grip about an inch also...other than that nice job!!!

  • Looked good. You might want to try widening your grip a bit. It will shorten your stroke and help you balance the weight better.

  • Your elbows shouldnt be tucked in, Unless your doing a close grip bench.
