How does MXR/Jim Dunlop recommend configuring the signal chain for these two pedals? The website states OD>Distortion, however, this video appears to place them Distortion>OD.
The only bad thing about this vid is it's WAY too short! Wow, sonic ecstacy :D I'm a proud owner of the '78 distortion and the new M77 is definately a worthy follow-up. Job well done guys!
well i see the tweed connects them distortion into overdrive, the inverse of what you think it is but, who cares. ill have both in a bit im getting the m77 soon i have the m78 already
@knutdude use your ears, the distortion is left at lower gain than the overdrive pedal, which has been cranked. Technically it is distortion pedal into an overdrive pedal but due to the way that these pedals have been set it sounds more like overdrive---> distortion.

@CarsAndGuitars1996 just a standard tele, but I believe all tele's look like that without the pickguard, i really don't know about that.
