Only people who lives in the islands should be taking the decision, all others options will be colonialism. And if we have to talk about the geographical situation, oh well, also Chile could claim the islands.

Argentina is lobbying its neighbours to stop allowing transport to and from the Falklands. (They want Chile to stop the LAN flights there). That is a blockade. I hear Argentina is getting quite chummy with the Americans too. After all, they have claimed what they say is a diplomatic victory in getting America to reaffirm its neutral status. As it is we are not the USA and as such they do things that we would certainly not condone (ie Gitmo for example).
