@H20MarkVIII wrong, it was a 1 owner car, never turned into a real detective car and then he died and then the family sold it to the local dealer where my dad bought it
@masbiturbo85 both front doors were replaced, you can tell because the side molding isnt there and the color does not match the rest of the car perfectly.
WOAH! 18K! that's VERY low miles dude! that baby ain't even broken in yet! i guess u love it so much u don't wanna get her dirty or rusty from road salt. i see why! its a beauty! good luck with her :)
Hey, how can I adjust headlight beams on a 2002 Ford Crown Victoria? Got one pointing too far to the right and the other pointing dead center of the road. Any way to correct this without taking it to a garage???
Very true. A heavy foot equals less mileage. Also if your looking to upgrade your crown vic, then a power programmer is the best first mod. After that, all the usual hot rod tricks will work well. Intake, exhaust, pullies, but, as with all late model fords, tune the computer first.
depends on the condition of your cars...Im not positive about the MPG but i know its in the twenties. For crown victorias, the computer MPG is always off because people drive their cars differently. thanks.
I agree with Brian. My friends 02 vic got 16-17 in the city and 23 on the highway, stock. Get the computer checked for codes. Bad O2 sensors could eat up alot of gas. Also, if its a city police car, those 8400 miles probably werent very easy miles. Cops are not nice to their cars. After all, they dont pay for them.
That's horrible! Does it need O2 sensors? I average 22-23 MPG combined highway/city with my crown vic. When I fill up the "Distance To Empty" is well over 400 miles.
The worst I've ever noticed was roughly 17 MPG and that was driving it hard.
This crown vic was crashed... Thats how the owner got it with such low mileage.

you might want to remove the headlight lense, take the bulb out, and adjust the socket and replace the bulb (?)

LOL, I love the way you say "no problems" like you'd expect there to be problems.

we aren't planning to mod the car in any way.

Oh, ok. I hope you have fun with it. Crown Vics make great drivers.
