$1,000 would still be a lot of money, but if you had $1billion then that $1,000 may seem like $10 compared to the person worth $100,000

simply put, if you were rich enough, even $1million wouldn't seem all that much, $10,000 is probably pocket change to a billionaire, when it's really a nice chunk of money
