The swede got so nervous, so in the middle of cooking he start talking swedish, with his very special accent (Småländska, south of sweden). And for the audience it just sounded like "borka borka borka". Jim Henson supposedly bought the rights to the Good Morning America recording and created the Swedish Chef (who DOES have a real name, but its not understandable).
