this is not very far from the truth however it is said in completely unnecessary matter. As to copying Turkish and Greek music - Bulgaria has the biggest, best , largest and most difficult folklore on this world. I hate to say that Greeks have only 3 folk dances and the most famous is Cirtaki. Said and done...

true but we are not using much of the folklore.. i think that being on the balkans the music isnt necessarily greek and turkish but bulgarian too the only thing that is annoying sometimes is that we get the actual melodies from other contries im sure there are more tallanted people in bulgaria that can put together better melodies but its just easier and quicker for the singers to make cover songs... and i think thats not fair on those that are capable and havent got jobs in bulgaria
