Well that all depends on what you like, I rate rappers based off wordplay, flow, vocab, metaphors, and story telling. blu kills him in all of those departments, j cole just has most consistent beats, and in my opinion he is a better producer, but when it comes to raw rapping,blu is way more everything. blu is on a whole other level man. but respects for not comming at me like a common tubetroll
