People keep saying "LaBlogotheque needs to do an episode with..." but they keep naming people that are fairly well known. One thing I like the most about LaBlogotheque is that they usually feature artists I don't know.

@NotTryingFlying but youre right, they also will use well-known indie names (arcade fire/vamp weekend). i think it has less to do with how famous they are, and more to do with their sound. it just relates to how lablogotheques genre of choice isnt mainstream, but heavily indie. popularity is irrelevant.
