It was a terrible experience switching to this piece (from the Jig which we played really well) for States... just terrible. I'll never forgive my director for that.

@Violascry yeah, really. I was one of them. As a sixth grader, I found it extremely boring and annoying. nice piece. but practicing at home? a nightmare. it just sounded like mindless notes.

I really enjoyed this piece. It's so relaxing and free... and I wish my school orchestra would play it, but most of its players would fall apart if they tried.
