Powerful moves? I've played Pikachu for a while, and I gotta say that not many of his moves have the killing power that you'd expect. Of course you got Thunderbolt and Skull Bash, but you gotta be lucky to land them if your opponent runs around like a monkey on crack.

Or maybe it's just that my brother likes playing heavy characters. Freaking Wolf.

I own with pikachu (imo). me and my bro ALWAYS play on final destination so theres nothing to block thunder. i basicly jump over my bros char (usually marth) and down b. once hes in the air, i time right so when i thunder, it will have a good chance of hitting (my bro fails at air dodging) and i keep him in the air non stop. If i happen to miss, i just move to the side and skull bash him for usually a killing blow. :]

@SonicWolf1000 this has been up 5 months ago, and i havent really been playing alot now. but i have learned easy ways to counter almost character with pikachu (no smash ball) but theres a few that are hard to manage if the player is good with them. most hateful character imo is metaknight against pikachu. i havent thought about playing ssbb online, but now ill try and search how to do it now.

@kmrfrog28 Uhh...volt tackle is when Pikachu covers himself in a barrier of lightning and charges the enemy. the ball of thunder, is, well, a ball of thunder.

The way I see it, it doesn't matter what character the player uses, what makes the player strong is his or her skills and experience with the character, not just the character's strengths. Thats what I think.
