If you disagree then playa you need to brush up on your history and upgrade who and what you're listening too. Even Dylan gotta give up the fyyyyyyaaaaaa here

  • sick. thats all there is to it.

  • I'm a big bounty hunter like Boba Fett!

  • @loboisfuzzy I was watching the fett"s vette music video right before i saw this comment!

  • It's a shame for almost 20 years now, the masses haven't truly appreciated Thought for the all-time MC he is.

  • @Ginga Unfortunately true. I'm only 17 and I have this song memorized while most of my friends have Weezy and Drake songs memorized I don't have anything against it, but they're not touchin Black Thought. Black Thought is really my biggest inspiration when it comes to Hip-Hop, I just wish more people would see him that way. It just irks me when people put Drake in their top 5. I'm like if it wasn't for Rakim,Kool G Rap, Black Thought, BDK, so on and so forth there wouldn't be Drake or Weezy.

  • @DPrime215

Well said and I agree. Not only did the rappers you mentioned heavily influence people like Wayne and Drake, they'll always be better to me in terms of lyrical ability and just pure showmanship. Rap isn't athletics where you deteriorate over time. As Nas's "Where Are They Now" remix proves, all the old school rappers are just as lyrically fit as they were when they were making hits.

  • i break to this hardcore!

  • Black Thought undisputed champion of the mic

  • I'm like young LL, cos I'm hot as hell!

  • Oh my God, true MCing at it's finest! No hooks or nothin...old school, battlen type shit!

  • "Its Philly worldwide phenomenon and re-enforcing that shit is my nine to five, and when i'm finished makin you recognise i'm gettin at a couple civilised women that's tryin to ride..."

Haha!!! Thought has got some classic lines on this track.

  • Lol. I just realized I commented on this video 9 months ago with the same comment.

  • Keep the beat going, Keep the beat going

  • "I'm like young LL, 'cause I'm hard as hell"

    This shit is sick

  • Killed it...Damn...My eyes got watery

  • this song is the shittt

  • hey look its malcom x

  • grew up on this

  • If you can't flow like this, stop telling people you're an MC. THIS is an MC right here.

  • I'm glad I can flow like this. Black Thought is a sick ass veteran. I look up to him as an MC.

  • @RelaxKickback you cant flow like this

  • @dakeved !!word!!

  • @Kingjames313 I actually think it is, it's a mugshot photo of him before he was a minister...

  • @Kingjames313 No that actually is Malcolm X. Malcolm X was supposed to be on the actual album cover but there were some issues, so Black Thought took a similar picture of himself and that became the official album cover.

  • @KocaeliBogasi nah black thought

  • @KocaeliBogasi Yes that's Malcolm X
