You can get it in singleplayer! During the missions "Practice Swing" you drive the Caddy, and when it ends you are in it. You can then go and save it at the safehouse. Sadly this is the only time you can get it, as it doesn't have any set spawn locations like in multiplayer.

this IS available in Singleplayer, when palying the mission: Practice Swing, you escape in a caddy, take Tony home with it, and get to keep it. Honestly!

@luke14541454 There's a way to have it in offline mode also, you'll have to do the second mission in Gay Tony and when at the end you have to take Tony home, park the caddy in a yellow area and use another car to take Tony home, the Caddy will remain where you parked it

@killerriot22 Replay practice swing, complete it 4 the standard, for the caged variant u need to park 3 spaces away from Rocco, get out, put a sicky bomb on the 1 with tony in it, shoot Rocco and then blow up tony, then call a fire engine to push the caged caddy to a parking spot...

you shud practice on the jumps at the park the key is pump up the front and then u get more air and more time 2 land u shud try to grind on the rails ther i can :p
