@snakeHead544 ...hum, I've not tried to refreeze with the filling, but I don't suggest since the filling, when thawed out will cause the puff pastry dough to be soggy, and therefore will not rise and be as fluffy. What you can do is freeze the filling and the puff pastry dough separately. You can refreeze the dough twice before it loses its integrity. Have fun cooking!
All u idiots who keep commenting this shit shut up dont watch it then she said vietnamese version OK R U ALL DEF U IDIOTS y press on this vid then even im smarter then u all and im only 11

@noyishot Hey there... this is from a Vietnamese show, so that's why it's in all Vietnamese. I'll see if I can subtitle these episodes soon. Thanks for checking these videos out.
Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons . com w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)
2. Oil the baking sheet. She recommended the French brand baking mat.
3. Use raw egg to them to give a golden glow on the top side.
4. Pre-heat to 375 degrees. 15-20 minutes.
5. Salad dressing: 2 soup spoons vinegar (she used apple cider, rice vinegar is ok too), pinch of salt and pepper, 2 teaspoon of sugar, a bit of soy sauce, and olive oil.

@WYCHIX5 the puff pastry sheet is Pepperidge Farm. That's sold in the freezer section of your local grocery stores.
