  • hEY CATHIE. tHE VIDEO IS MISSING ALOT OF CLIPS on how you made the bun. Can you make a new video update video of this bun. I sub it please.=) I want to make it for my family.

  • Will it be ok to prep it and freeze it for later???

  • @snakeHead544 ...hum, I've not tried to refreeze with the filling, but I don't suggest since the filling, when thawed out will cause the puff pastry dough to be soggy, and therefore will not rise and be as fluffy. What you can do is freeze the filling and the puff pastry dough separately. You can refreeze the dough twice before it loses its integrity. Have fun cooking!

  • Hi Cathy, Thank you for your response, I did not see the video how to mix the filling. What is the main ingredients ?

    You are a good cook.

    Thank you

  • @WYCHIX5 .. Thank you for your compliment. The main ingredient is lean ground pork.

  • Hi Cathy, Thank you for the video. Where can I buy the flour sheet for the wrapping ?

    nice video.

    Thanks

  • @WYCHIX5 the puff pastry sheet is Pepperidge Farm. That's sold in the freezer section of your local grocery stores.

  • on*** them

  • Key Points:

    1. Don't worry about overstuffing it.

    2. Oil the baking sheet. She recommended the French brand baking mat.

    3. Use raw egg to them to give a golden glow on the top side.

    4. Pre-heat to 375 degrees. 15-20 minutes.

    5. Salad dressing: 2 soup spoons vinegar (she used apple cider, rice vinegar is ok too), pinch of salt and pepper, 2 teaspoon of sugar, a bit of soy sauce, and olive oil.

  • @Tkiwigi where did she get the flour pieces?

  • please have english subtitle. Love to learn but do not understand the language. Thanks alot.
