@nickjjismyhusband It really depends on you and your pain threshold. It was pretty sore for me, but I managed to go back and get the touchup haha so that obviously proves it was ok =P
I want to get my second tattoo in the same place. I'm making an appointment this week. How bad was the pain, did it actually hurt, or was it just uncomfortable. I have one on my lower arm, on the inside and I wouldn't say that it hurt it was just uncomfortable, but the ankle doesn't have the fat like the arm and seeing others get an ankle tattoo i'm a little worried lol. Was it just uncomfortable or did it actually hurt?

Seriously don't be worried. Like it's definitely worse than the 2 other places I've had tattooed, but I only flinched in a couple of spots, on the ankle & around the butterfly area.. It's uncomfortable but definitely not cry or scream worthy =P However, everyone handles it differently I guess but dont be worried. Goodluck =)
@LydiaLipgloss I want to get a hummingbird and two flowers, my grandmother recently passed and loved hummingbirds, so i'm getting that and then a rose for my mother and a daffodil which was both my grandmother and I's birth flower, so something for us three girls lol. Yeah my lower arm didn't hurt so i think i'm good with pain overall, but some vids got me nervous about the ankle. I'm hoping i will take it better then others like i did with my arm. I can tolerate uncomfortable and some pain lol.

I'm sure it wont be as bad as I think, since it wasn't for the other tattoo. I'm going to call this week to make an appointment. I'll have to let you know how it went lol. Thanks for responding. I have one there too! I have a lotus with some tribals going up my foot and It didn't hurt one bit!

Haha some people overreact I was nervous as after seeing videos too but seriously its not that bad... People need to harden up =P
