A few Corrections :) The Fed increasing the money supply will create an inflationary tailspin not a deflationary one. Second it will not likely happpen beacse the American Economy right now is experiencing deflation the CPI decreased -.08% last quarter. Third point it did work in the 1930's when USA entered WWII the gov't spent massive amounts of money and pulled the economy our of deflation. Lastly the unemployment rate has been increasind since last year and will decrease the end of the year.

How did America lose, It's called Keynesisan Economics stimulate demand by increasing goverment spending to make up for the lack of consumer and investment spending. If they completly cut back in spending the economy would go into a deflationary tailspin. Read an Economics text book :)

Keynesian economics is an untested 'theory'. It's a 'theory' developed by a British economist in the 1930's. The thing you fail to understand is, who's money does the government spend? Taxing anyone regardless of their social status in the middle of a recession is absolute madness. The only thing that will take us into a deflationary tailspin is having the FED print more money. And IF we recover from the recession, massive inflation. I think you should read an econ book. Notice the unemployment?

A few Corrections :) The Fed increasing the money supply will create an inflationary tailspin not a deflationary one. Second it will not likely happpen beacse the American Economy right now is experiencing deflation the CPI decreased -.08% last quarter. Third point it did work in the 1930's when USA entered WWII the gov't spent massive amounts of money and pulled the economy our of deflation. Lastly the unemployment rate has been increasind since last year and will decrease the end of the year.

I agree Bush was no prize. If you look at America as a car... Bush left us with a flat tire. Obama flattened the other 3, blew up the engine, burnt up the transmission and beat the body off of it. Under Bush, unemployment was a mere 4.4%. The economy would have recovered much faster had Obama done the right things like lowering capital gains and kill the death tax. He had a chance to be great, but he blew it. Instead, he's raising taxes on the very people who create jobs.

well yes you do have to trust someone... but you can only truly trust them to know right from wrong, and never all the great solutions we need... you can only trust someone so far. I love my family dearly, but i dont fully trust them. however if we dont put a little faith somewhere, insanity would errupt everywhere.
