This video is start to finish. Why you need another for dough? Give me more detail and will try to help you out...for written recipe, you can visit website...enjoy!
well i have eaten ghugara with sooji (rawa) almonds pistachios dessicated coconut and cardamom and mawa and sugar filling and not as seen in this video
You are right each household makes them differently...I did say in video or wrote that you can add dry fruits but my family prefers simple. So...enjoy!
One more thing you have to keep in mind that if you add mawa, you have to finish them fast but if you make the way Bhavna showed, you can keep it longer. It has long shelf life. enjoy!
I love your recipe but i never add wheat flour i mean everytime i make is of Sooji and some dry fruits.
I know my mom used to make of chanadaal but i do not know how to make Dul so i guess you made Dul feeling Gughras...but love the filling consistency easy to make.
Yes, you can make different feeling for ghughra. Also you can make coconut feeling. So it's totally your choice. I just kind of like to give an idea of how to make basics..
Thank you. If you try this recipe than we would like to hear from you how it come out and also if you face any problem, please feel free to ask and share.
