this is so nice. Thank you for posting your videos of culinary excellence. I learn from merely watching. I know you are an excellent chef and don't need to post these. They are much appreciated. And inspiring. I even take a lot more care when making my boring dinner after watching this. cuts are more precise. I have my ingredients all prepared before i start. i'm tasting throughout.
