I dont think it will damage the PVC because they only give PMAX even after reflecting through foil or mirror..so its same like peak sunshine for a PVC...
I like ur thought on it but never ever place a mirror under a pannel, u will damage the cells inside by converging light effect. u surely do not wanna waste ur pannel in return of few more amps
