start reading some leading scientific journals and do some research, evolution is now being proven bit by bit to have not been true. Look up what China's archeologists have been digging up, basically what they are digging up now disproves Darwin's "tree" of life. Do some research and don't just listen to what they teach in school.

How about eyewitnesses that lived with Jesus, saw Him die, saw Him walking around after He died, saw Him go into heaven, and died awful because they wouldn't repent from their claims? You shouldn't say that eyewitnesses are unreliable sources of information just because they believe what they claim to have seen. If everyone thought that way, that would be the end of any semblance of order and justice in society. Just because a book is thousands of years old doesn't mean that it's full of lies.

How do the facts that all of the eyewitnesses of Christ's ressurection believed in Him and that several of them wrote books of the Bible and were persecuted to death hurt Christianity? Of course they did. What is lacking in the historical account is any early criticism of the eyewitnesses' existance or reliability. Nobody even considered the idea that Jesus wasn't real until around the ninteenth century.
Can you understand that the bible is not a trustworthy source in this matter? It becomes a circular argument when you try to prove jesus existence with the bible.

The other sources from that time did NOT write about a guy who could walk on water (which would be a spectacular event).

You worship science and as a result it is obvious that you let your old parents stay at old homes because well, they are of no use to you. Right according to the scientific principles and evolution. The Quran does not present a scientific method. The Quran presents a cult from the bronze age that some are desperate to show as relevant today. Science is no more a religion than football. it means that mankind has no reason to brag about their "scientific knowledge" because the fact is that they are not perfect. Scientific method will eliminate the problems but more problems will emerge. So scientific method will never achieve utopia. The reality that scientific method is not an end in itself shows that there must be a God who created universe without mistake and that even scientific method is taking time and will forever take to discover the realities of creation.

Science isn't out to prove the existence of god or the non existence of god. Science is only determined to discover what is. No more, no less. God has never stopped people killing. However i don't remember Religion ever telling us to never travel into space. Have you ever heard of Tacitus or Pliny the Younger? They mention Christians being persecuted and none of the first and second century historians give any reason to believe that those Christians believed in anything other than a real person.

How about eyewitnesses that lived with Jesus, saw Him die, saw Him walking around after He died, saw Him go into heaven, and died awful because they wouldn't repent from their claims? Would that be proof enough? How do we prove anything that happened 2000 years ago? By the stuff left behind. There was more left behind by Jesus than there was left behind by Aristotle. So how do we know that Aristotle was real?

If everyone thought that way, that would be the end of any semblance of order and justice in society. Just because a book is thousands of years old doesn't mean that it's full of lies.

The eyewitnesses write about the eyewitnesses in the Bible. How do the facts that all of the eyewitnesses of Christ's ressurection believed in Him and that several of them wrote books of the Bible and were persecuted to death hurt Christianity? Of course they did. What is lacking in the historical account is any early criticism of the eyewitnesses' existance or reliability. Nobody even considered the idea that Jesus wasn't real until around the ninteenth century.

I mean, people were there, they saw what they saw, and the fact that they believe that they saw what they say they saw means that we shouldn't listen to them because they are biased toward one interpretation of what they saw.

Think about it! Other than the eyewitness accounts, Christianity has a pretty poor case for the existance of Jesus. I mean, they don't even have a grave with a body in it for Jesus! All the other religions have a grave with a body in it for their founders. Why do Christians believe in Someone who they don't even have proof existed unless they believe the people who say they saw Him?

The Bible and Christianity aren't people. They are evidence. The Bible is the eyewitness account and Christianity is the product of the work of it's founders (Jesus and the Apostles). You don't put evidence on trial. You put people on trial. If you don't believe the evidence or the eyewitnesses, that's your choice; no one is forcing you to believe; but don't say that there isn't evidence.

Also, you do cross examine the eyewitnesses and the accused to find reasons to believe or disbelieve their testimony. If you throw out the Bible and Christianity as evidence, you are throwing out the witnesses; and good luck getting Jesus to make an appearance in your trial. Josephus mentions a guy who he says was stoned to death named "James the brother of Jesus." That has traditionally been considered James the brother of Jesus who wrote a book of the Bible and was apparently stoned for saying that Jesus was God. Stoning, interestingly enough, is the traditional Jewish punishment for such crimes as blasphemy. Let me ask you, how many grown adults you know who believe that their brother is God?

The Old Testament contains at least 334 prophecies of Jesus, all dated at least 400 years before He was born. There are also 27 1st century historical documents that claim that Jesus fulfilled all of these prophecies. There are also the secular writings of Pilate's letters, Josephus, Pliny the Younger, Tacitus, Lucian of Samosta, Seutonious, Tertullian, Thallus, Bar Serapian, Phlegon, the Jewish Talmuds, etc.

All of these accounts were written before Constantine in the fourth century. And Jesus was witnessed by 500 following His resurrection. It makes sense that the Jews would have tried to remove the name of Jesus from all of their literature at that time, since they did not believe He was Messiah. And it makes since that Muslims attack Christianity by saying Jesus was just a prophet. But His name lives on...

My God made it possible for us to do these things by creating LIFE and the UNIVERSE.
He KNEW we were going to do these things millions upon millions of years ago when he created the first living organism.
