  • my boyfriend played this song for me and gave me a stuffed pooh bear. because i told him when i was little pooh bear was my all time fav....

  • I still watch Winnie the Pooh, I still read the books, I still collect Piglet plushies, and I still have my Winnie the Pooh bear. Every time I hear this song, it makes me want to cry, because I remember being young and innocent again. But it also makes me very happy, for the exact same reason.

  • this makes me camp sick:[

  • count all the bees and get high, float on up to the sky.

  • I love this song. My mom used to sing it to me when I was in her stomach and to help me get to sleep.

  • This song is sacred. I know for many of us now, it's the only way to feel some sliver of what childhood was. It brings you back. If there's ever a shitty remix done by some rapper or (god forbid) Bieber, there will be blood. Oh, will there be blood...

  • Every time I hear this song, I think of Chris Evans

  • Love this song my granny sang it to me before she passed away

  • when i heard this im crying...

  • love this song

  • When my nephew was taken by CPS for ridiculous reasons a few years ago, this is the song we dedicated to getting him back. Every time one of us got sad and lost hope in getting him back, we played this song. His mom has had full custody again for 10 months today. I just remembered this song when his mom sent me a picture of him with a Winnie the Pooh doll. I got goosebumps at the first sound of music. This song has so much meaning to me. I love it.

  • thumbs up if you heard this at Chi

  • I will not cry...I will not cry...

    SOB!

  • I grew up listening to this song and then when my daughter was born I would sing this song to her. It is a timeless classic.

  • I stood in line for 3 days to get tickets to see these guys in the '70s.....nope you're never too old for Pooh

  • This is the first time I had actually heard the full song. I love Winnie The Pooh. I heard part of this song on an espisode on Full House, and I was wondering who sang this gong. I would like to thank Monny287, who posted the name of the song and who sung it. I'm going to listen to this song a million times over the next week.

  • I wish pooh wa still on tv when I was getting ready for school (high school)

  • Over 17 times listening to it in a row. Theres still chills.

  • This absolutely KILLS me.. Right when he says "Back to the days of pooh" My lord.. It takes me back to when i was little and happiness came easier and i didnt have to worry about sex and drugs and drinking and my parents hating me. All there was was My mom and me and My gram and it was us against the world...but we were happy...Now...Im just another teenager that her parents hate and the world wants to shun...But back to the days of this..makes me wana be a kid again and make everything alright.

My daddy used to play and sing this to me before bed when I was little.

He has resently relapsed and has started drinking constantly.

I've tried to cope with it by laughing about it, but it still hurts..

This song is the only thing carrying me on.

  • This will never not make me cry.

  • This song is amazing. Always a classic to me. The pay off is at the end. Sometimes I find myself screaming out "COUNT ALL THE BEES IN THE HIVE! CHASE ALL THE CLOUDS IN THE SKY! CHASE THE CLOUDS!" lol

  • my dad and i would sing this before i went to sleep each time(: and his son has the same name as me(:

  • This song reminds me of my older sister and how I things were when I was little. Sadly, I lost her in 2007. She loved winnie the pooh and would always play this song when I would go somewhere with her, back when I was a little kid.

  • this is my baby song from when i was 1 to like 5 lol i cry alittle every time i lison to it

  • Sadly, there are no more "Days of Pooh"...

There's not much to be done by kids these days except video games and TV.

The only things that are counted are points and kills for their K/D ratios on COD,

And the only things being "chased" are the latest exploits of those in the latest reality show.

There's no Return to Pooh Corner for this generation because, for them, it never really existed.

  • @jraconos I agree with you, but there are still few, like myself, who remember a time when life was simple and we all had a hundred acre woods full of memories and a bridge with a bear fishing in the water who'll always remember those sacred times even when I'm a hundred. My name is Asher Miller and I'm 17. There'll always be hope for any generation.

  • @jraconos I was born in this generation. Im 13 years old. I dont play COD I play with friends, we run and im in love with this song because my father sung it to me when my parents were together. I also have a pooh bear, tiger, Eeyore, piglet kanga and roo stuffed animals. It existed for me and friends of mine. :)

  • @jraconos unfortunatly this is too true. I remeber living with pooh, and sitting there reading. Now, even I have sucumbed to the media age.. but sometimes, like now, and wnever I hear this song, I go back.. and if I even have kids, they too, will know how to return to pooh corner. :)

  • @jraconos I had a recent "return to Pooh Corner" when I decided that even at my age, I'm still a little princess at heart. ^_^ The only hope for future generations is if we help our children to cherish their Days of Pooh.

  • Liking Winnie the Poo at 13 is no more or less weird at thirteen than it is at 52. Viva la Difference! Indulge an old man, read Robert Frost's "A Road Less Travelled;" maybe it will make all the difference to you too.

  • My mom sung this to me As a little kid when I was sad.she passed away when I was 9.now I'm 14 and when I listen to this song it helps me remember her /:

    I love this song.

  • This was never sang to me as a lullaby but I remember it fondly from when I was a little kid. We got it on this Sony Wonder cassette tape. "Happy Happy Joy Joy" from Ren & Stimpy was also on this tape. As good as life is now, sometimes I wish I could go back to those days.

  • If there there was a rewind button in life, would you push it?

  • when my cousin was turning one my dad sung this song for him

I hadn't heard it in years. then last night the power in my neighborhood went out for several hours, we decided to pull the old 12 string out and play some tunes my dad played this song for the first time in 20 years, I remembred it instantly and havent stopped thinking about it since.

  • My parents used to play this song for me to help me sleep and because I. LOVED. POOH BEAR! I had all the toys, the movies, I watched every episode. Pooh Bear and Tigger were my life. Then Disney ruined it by making the CGI "My Friend' s Tigger and Pooh." But I am glad that they're making a new movie with the traditional 2d animation.
