I couldnt agree more with hansromertennis, this has to be the worst instruction I've ever seen. Im PTR certified and this is the exact opposite way a modern forehand should be taught. I first watched the video with the sound off, and couldnt believe how the wrist never broke down. Please don't teach people this.

Are you certified? You got to be kidding me! When is the last time you saw a proper forehand? We live in 2008, not in 1972! Check out some certification programs like USPTA or PTR...

yeah he knows what he is doing. but when you pivot that racket immidiately goes up then when the ball bounces make sure that the racket head is down and accelarate coming up on the ball for topspin
