Do you need a ps1 memory card to save? I'm playing this game on a ps2 and when i tried to save it said "No memory card available. Insert memory card into memory card slot 1." even though my memory card was in slot 1

@StardustDragonGirl All ps1/psx games need a ps1/psx memory card. the PS2 memory cards do not work with ps1/psx games.

Also I have the white slim ps2 and ONLY Sony/Magic gate (original I guess?) PS1 memory card works
