That this case is proceeding to the kangaroo court known as the British Columbia Human Rights Tribunal is utterly disgusting. Control is de facto ownership. Therefore, the extent to which government attempts to control you is the extent to which government makes a claim of ownership on you. Should government control what you say? How do you feel about being government property?

Wow, you make me miss Ontario, where there is culture, music, jokes, and people say hello to each other still. Trust me, I have been on the west coast for 10 years (+ traveled the world) and there is hardly, (other than france) anywhere with such uptight, spandex wearing, sad faced yuppie/hippie coolios. Van tries so hard with there square glasses and vintage bikes, but they are SO lame.

totally agree, people from ontario seem to be more open about cultural diversity, music and life. i am sorry vancouverites you guys "act" so polite but really you are all a bunch of passive agressive, xenophobic individuals that do not understand the concept of progressive change. in addition, white folks in vancouver are more discrimintory and meaner than t.dotters for sure (this is based on my experience).
