So very very sorry. I had a 7 year battle in the secret family courts, they treated our family in a disgraceful way. I prayed and God heard my prayers, but it was a massive battle and made me really ill, I ended up in hospital with pneumonia. I won my case twice. with the PAS cases you can get taken to court over and over again, because there is too much easy money to be made by professional loser solicitors.
My mom works for Department of Human Services here in East Tennessee. So I'm not going to say anything. Because I've heard of so much fraud and scam in the system, people with great acting skills trying to illegally reobtain their children for whatever reason.

What person intheir right mind os going to lock a child that is 5 up in the house? I had a newborn at the time and couldn't sit outside with her becaue she has allergies. Anyway, DHS, CPS, whatever they are called depending on where you live, are rediculous. I know there are some people who need their kids taken away, but not everyone. If the injuries to your child were of no fault to your own, you need to get a lawyer. Don't let them run over your life.
I don't know what exactly happened to your children or what the present situation is, but a little over a year ago I had DHS (aka CPS) come to my home. Nothing came of their frequent visits that lasted a few months, but do you know what their reason for investigation was? Letting my 5 year old play outside in our yard. I live well off any main roads and had a clear view of my edge of town yard from the front door that was left open when he was outside and a clear view from 4 of my front windows.

cps took 2 of my kids in 1999 because my sister started a fight with me and i called the cops to have her leave my moms house and they took my 3rd baby in 2001 cause the other 2 was in custody ithen they sent me to a doctor who told them i couldnt parent my kids and they let the foster parents adopt my kids they never gave me a fare chance to get them back i now have proof i can raise a child

After having a baby, the state will try and get you to sign the childs birth certificate. Look at this carefully, where you sign, it says informant. Meaning you are informing the state of the birth, and in maritime law this means you have given them the legal right to intervene, in what is now the states property. So dont sign any birth certificates if you want your child by your side.

So very very sorry. I had a 7 year battle in the secret family courts, they treated our family in a disgraceful way. I prayed and God heard my prayers, but it was a massive battle and made me really ill, I ended up in hospital with pneumonia. I won my case twice. with the PAS cases you can get taken to court over and over again, because there is too much easy money to be made by professional loser solicitors.

What person intheir right mind os going to lock a child that is 5 up in the house? I had a newborn at the time and couldn't sit outside with her becaue she has allergies. I don't know what exactly happened to your children or what the present situation is, but a little over a year ago I had DHS (aka CPS) come to my home. Nothing came of their frequent visits that lasted a few months, but do you know what their reason for investigation was? Letting my 5 year old play outside in our yard. I live well off any main roads and had a clear view of my edge of town yard from the front door that was left open when he was outside and a clear view from 4 of my front windows.

What is the reason they gave for taking the child?, just for a bump on the head?, kids have accidents all the time. I was alone living with him, i was being watched n tgreatend not to leave with my son. I tried to make it work.but one of our fights has kept me from seeing my baby for almost two years ive missed his first birthday and soon his second.. I sit alone trying not to go crazy it hurts. Pluse my family is no comfort to me its not me thy jus hve there lives. I was jus in a hard place n taken for granted

I was a victim of CPS from 1989-2000. I went through some horrible experiences. APS took over. First thing, research history. Research Stalin, Mao, Amin, Khan, Pol Pot, Hitler, Castro, Kim Jong iL, Ho Chi Min. Different political parties, different races, different religions, different cultures, yet one common factor. cps took 2 of my kids in 1999 because my sister started a fight with me and i called the cops to have her leave my moms house and they took my 3rd baby in 2001 cause the other 2 was in custody ithen they sent me to a doctor who told them i couldnt parent my kids and they let the foster parents adopt my kids they never gave me a fare chance to get them back i now have proof i can raise a child

After having a baby, the state will try and get you to sign the childs birth certificate. Look at this carefully, where you sign, it says informant. Meaning you are informing the state of the birth, and in maritime law this means you have given them the legal right to intervene, in what is now the states property. So dont sign any birth certificates if you want your child by your side.

Those fabrications were proven to be just that, but by then, the parents were told they had to jump through hoops to get their kids back, and they need to pay CPS over $2000 a month!

They threatened to take my cousin's children and her neighbor's child after she blew the whistle on her department for taking children based on unfounded accusations. One woman's child was killed in foster care. They especially go after poor white families and families with children under 5 because the children adopt out faster. Clearly YOU are the ignorant one...either that or you're a CPS worker.

@JadesiBx36 My mother in law was a CPS worker for over 20 years and I know first hand that money is very much the reason for stealing people kids, she would get a bonus check for every child that she placed in foster care, and it's not always that people abuse their kids but a lot of times it's nosey ass people who think that kids should all be raised a certian way and if they aren't then there goes that call to CPS and another worker see's nothing but dollar signs in her eyes

I had this happen to me (In australia), they took him from birth for no reason at all.
Like you I passed all the drug screens, did parenting classes but still 4 years later I don't know anything...It's the cruelest thing to do to a person, unless there are legit reasons, sadly this isn't the case.
They take children from innocent families all for MONEY!!!! It's so sad what the world has come to.
