The robot B9 hands the phone to was in a great movie called Planeta Burg. Name of course Robot John. He had a good sized role and you may remember seeing him in that movie where he was carrying the astronauts through the water. It was a foreign film and was recut with new scenes. The American versions are called Voyage to the Prehistoric Planet and Voyage to The Planet of Prehistoric Women. The films are available and are cheap. Unfortunately the colors are kinda washed out at times.
