It's a rubber dredging tube. They used this particular one to dredge the newly opened channel just south of Sea Point Drive.

i was sitting in the back of a car and the car was moving. the further you zoom in on something the camera is more sensitive to shakiness, give me a break haha. its too big to be a seal though.

it looks more like a seal......because one time i was in seal beach with my friends and i saw a dead seal....it was cool but again it was kinda of disgunting because it was missing his stomach and many organs......it lokked like it had been fighting with a shark........and the shark won.
