@TheIxtlan ,sorry d government seemed always hopeless ,whichever party they r .F u google it ,thr was an assessment done years prior 2 this catastrophe & was identified as danger zone /possible disaster can happen .The govt agency responsible of looking into the issue left it behind until the deluge occured and claimed over a thousand lives.The government should seriously investigate and punished people who meant to safeguard people's lives but left the subject due to apathy and negligence.Sad!

Nakakadurog ng puso lalo na doon sa mga nawalan ng buhay at naiwanan mga pamilya.
