Dinis will be more than ready ,he is working harder and meaner for this fight on sept 9th .We are looking forword to seeing the end results ,may the better fighter win.
well change leads often in the cage its not the same as in the street and if you stay in the same lead in the cage you will see your fighter can figure you out fast it all depends on who you are fighting and I dont beleave the right lead should always be used ,i have seen lee in photos right and left leads ..eather way we won the fight and thats what matters my friend :)
thank you all alolt of hard work went into training Dinis this kid is going all the way! JKD stand up and great ground defence will bring us there , Mat Santos is a great BJJ coach and big thanks to him, we make a great team!
His conditioning looked great, and his defense against this guy was really good. it's not easy to stuff a fighter that often and still have the steam. Nice work Keith, you and the other coaches and you fighter need to be congratulated.
@quinnmcguee: It's clips like these that actually make me think back to the early days of MMA, when most martial artists in America had no idea what a ground game was. People were so worried about submissions and grappling and how to counteract it, when really, the best idea is to just learn it so you know what they're trying for and avoid it, like Paiva did in this clip.

Hey jeettech, good stuff. I was just wondering how come your fighter was in a left lead as opposed to strong side forward?

Superb ground defense and takedown defense! I was really impressed how he managed his way out of that armbar in the beginning!
