  • Wow! The Matrix in ASL. :) Happy!

  • I think the mic is broken, can't hear anything ... :-)

  • This video is great. I like it. Congratulations ;D

  • ive seen your video numerus time, and you shit my pants evey time! And continue so there after. I just show it to my buddy just now, his mouth almost rip open from laugher!

  • 866 people need to be beaten up by Deaf Ninja.

  • Tja,das Video ist sehr beeindruckend, auch ohne deutsche Untertitel. Ich weiss nun, dass ich auch in der deaf world nicht ohne englsch lernen weiterkomnme, seufz.Ich selber bin heart hearing. Mach weiter so !

  • i do not no ASL at all nor any other SL for that matter but it was very nice watching you!! your facial expressions were the most entertaining for me. i only have a clue about the story you are telling, but i was laughing here and there because of how you delivered it! you should be an actor ;) and subtitles would be distracting. i also think as an ordinary person that your signing was not too fast & i could at least guess some words/phrases!! it was nice watching you!

  • Im a senior in high school studying to be an ASL interpreter, and my best friend of 2 years who happens to be Deaf was telling me about this; I found it ironic but my ASL teacher acctuly showed this to us today as an asignment to write a summery of what happened but I could stop laughing. I love this!

  • @ anyone who wants this video dubbed

dubbing the video would be an insult to the language and deaf people

this is coming from a hearing person who can hardly understand ASL

i feel that dubbing this video would be a disservice to the deaf community as most of the videos on youtube are primarily for hearing people and often not understood by the deaf

  • What a Great enterainmenter (sp? ) !!!

  • I enjoyed all of your vids. They are quite entertaining as well as with the video editing and all. Thanks for sharing great sense of humor and stories to tell! Keep up with some interesting sight seeings of Europe. ( They are educational I must say. ;o) )

  • subtitles would have been nice ;)

  • haha got some matrix moves in there!

  • U lo0K like Maz J0brani!!

  • LOL AWESOME I LOVE IT!!

  • hi mate...i from Australia i deaf guy...that so funny good sign action...thank

  • This is sick! Good job!

  • 859 people need to learn sign language!

  • @MusicMan53100 far more than that do...

  • LMFAO!

I loved this story, Im so saving it to my playlist!

  • Sigh... Even after watching it for the millionth time, i still fly.

  • Could you add subtitles for those of us who would like to learn sign?

  • @PraiseDivineMercy Having subtitles won't help you learn sign language

  • LOVE THIS, very visual, so much happy to watch it!

  • Awesome video! Your classifiers and expressions are superb. Unfortunately I don't know ASL, only Auslan, so couldn't follow all of it easily. Subtitles would make it much easier.

  • Must watch over and over and over because it's like new each time

  • need.... subtitles...

  • @AJOraaAJ Need... To learn... Sign Language! Pfft, noob!

  • AWTIsome!

Your signs are so fluid, just because you have this intense passion for expressing yourself with your hands and facial expressions.

You're able to hear, yet you can see as a true Deafie. I'm F***KING proud of you, brother!

I can't wait for your next ASL storytelling session, so please give us all more!

  • This is HILARIOUS. I love it!

  • Austin Andrews Hi, I'm from Chile in Santiago, I liked this video of deaf ninja lol

I'd like to meet you, but distance is a bit difficult, I like a lot of deaf culture, I am also deaf, sign language is your very funny hilarious encounter jjejeje hope you're well beyond U.S.

  • lolhesawesomelol

  • deaf

  • Good!

  • Many people commented that this should have subtitles or captions but there is no way this story could be changed into English because it would be an disservice to the beautiful ASL presented. So much of this video is not signed but instead "performed." Next time you feel left out trying to watch an ASL video with no closed captions, maybe you will see what it is like for a deaf person everyday.

  • I feel like i fly in this video ;)

  • @Ahallzy True story!

  • @Ahallzy You do fly!

  • my dad has been deaf his whole life and only understands sign language he understood this perfectly nothing is wrong here

  • I want to learn sign language soooo bad! I ♥ the description, it made me smile. =D

  • cool

  • Love it!!!!! And I understood 90% of what was going on.. Lol. Subscribing NOW !!!

  • Really great video. I've been away from Sign for almost 6 months now, and I'm sadly starting to loose it. It's great to have video's like this (I saw it in my last semester of Sign) that have great classifier use to help me get used to reading Sign again. Thanks for sharing the story of your brother (if I remember correctly).

  • @ama525 ya

  • it would be great to see you make more cuz u are artist

  • My friend who is deaf told me about this video and I am so glad I saw it. I love how ASL has so much potential for creativity, and paints a conceptual picture. This is brilliant!

  • The story seems really intresting but i do not know sign language and would like to follow along with the signs...could you please type the story up and send it to me? thanks

  • I truly love this Ninja Story any more of it? I love it very much.

  • Intresting idea but How about subtitles? =]

  • i cant here any thing

  • @cre8tah504 that is kinda the point

  • You are very good actor to share the story of deaf ninja. I like that! Keep up with your creation stories about deaf ninja.

  • Love your great performance as pro ASL storytelling! You rocks!

  • I'm learning American Sign Language, currently in my second year, and you create a picture extremely visibly :] I loved it and it made me laugh really hard.

  • Wow great story, classifiers heavily used but funny

  • very cool

  • Good Stuff! I really enjoyed the DN vs TF too. Beautiful ASL - like butter!

  • may I ask.. are you deaf or hearing?

  • yay

  • I wish I could read hands... :(

  • Love this story!

  • Fantastic I love this video so much, Very well done. I can picture it all perfect.

  • that guy's my uncle

  • I LOVE THE CLASSIFIERS USED!!!!

  • I love this story every time I watch it! It makes me laugh and it never gets old. Haha. I'm a hearing ASL student and I love interpreting this to my hearing ASL illiterate family and friends. ^_^

  • WARNING: Video is loud as HELL!!

  • I took a course in intro to ASL this past semester, and although I didn't understand all of it, it has a beautiful grace with which it's told. I like the fact that he changed orientations and speeds to convey certain things -- I could 'get' the gist of things going on, even if I didn't understand specifics, and maybe one day, I'll be more fluent and come back and understand this nearly in full. ^_^;; Beautifully done, man.

  • Dubb it man!, please sounds like a damn good story!

  • @BeevaLaMex Learn sign! Most of it will lose something in translation because he uses what is called "classifiers" meaning that there is no "word" that you can translate it into. You don't need to know very much to understand what he is saying, but you need to have an open mind and pay attention. ;-)

  • OUTSTANDING

  • Good stuff man! Keep it up.

  • Very fun story!

  • hey dude... i am going draw Deaf Ninja what looks llikees

  • This is great! I am an ASL student and our teacher shared this with us. I went home and showed my son who has never really been exposed to signing and voiced a little of the story line and he was cracking up. ASL does transcend all languages.

  • wheres the sound?

  • wheres the sound?

  • good video

  • lool, very good, i'm too deaf :D

  • That was sweet Make More Make More and don't do voice!

  • cool. i love your story.... i like it

  • Cool!

I'm dutch and using dutch singlanguage, but I

can understand this video pretty good :-)

Hope you make a lot more video's!

(sorry if my english is bad)

  • @RinkyKim Your english isn't bad at all. Actually, it's rather good. ;D

  • I first saw this when I was in ASL 1 last year. I am now in ASL 2(woohoo. lol) and I understood more of it. =] I love this story. I cant wait to understand everything. :D

  • Im a swedish guy that uses hearingaids. I do speak some swedish sign language. But o do understand it! This is a great story with a great storyteller!

  • I would very much like this dubbed so that I could hear the story too :D

  • cooooooool history!!! hahahahaha

  • I LOVE THIS!! I am an ASL Interpreter, and I understood it all. Brilliant, beautiful......

    Thnx.

  • Bet He could do the Robot very well! lol

  • Hi, I am, as you call it, signing-impaired; and I will start learning today :D when i learn some, i'll come back and make abetter comment about your videos =P

although i already think they're pretty cool

  • Awesome!

    Great use of classifiers.

May I share this with my ASL 4 class!

    Just BEAUTIFUL!

  • lol good story, made us laugh

  • I like your story. You are good image story. Keep image I will watch your story! :)

  • LOL I understand just about zero ASL but this was so entertaining to watch! :)

  • this is amazing~

  • COOL that you tell a story! XD

  • Brilliant!!!!

  • This is BRILLIANT!!!!! Thank you... i really enjoyed it... brilliant facial expression and story-telling!

  • Cool!!!

  • !! BIENNNN BAKAN !!

  • Very entertaining. You are a very good story teller!

  • That was hilarious! He made good use of classifiers! I hope one day I can sign that well. There were two signs in there that I didn't know but the over all picture was clear. Great story!

  • Wow, your skills are sooo good!! Very clear and sharp!!

  • This is really cool. I don't understand all of it yet, but that will come with time and practice.

  • COOL!!

  • what shall i rate this vid ??? 1 star or 5 ??

    i couldnt understand anything

  • COOL!!

  • cool

  • Good one !

  • i love ur storys they r awesome i understand this my mmom and dad are deaf and taught me and i understand it i love it u should make more storys like this and also my sister loves this we r both hearing

  • hahahaha

  • hahaha

  • I thought this was great, currently I am learning ASL, and hopefully in the future can become a translator, but since its summer and Im on break from school, I've been watching videos to keep practicing, and though I couldn't catch all of the story, I thought it was great. Hopefully sometime I will be able to understand the whole thing. Really great job. Please continue these! :D

  • Lmao, I learned nothing in ASL I.

Maybe next year I'll be able to understand this.

  • his ASL picture more like in heroes comic book. well its really hard to explain in english grammar. you will have to learn it all in ASL. not just to learn all of sign. you also will have to understand picture common sense in signing. not all of his sign is worded. its like you watch movie but in signing.

  • that's great idea.. it is funny ang be enjoying.. i m deaf..i m enjoying to watch this video..thank..

  • subtitles

  • I understand a part of it. My parents are deaf.

But what I wonder, is there a difference between Dutch Sigh Language and English Sigh Language??

  • all in the world s sign language is different. like china sign language CSL but i can't understand a shit of it. BSL britian sign language. all is very different. but ASL is more clear than most of them,

  • I don't get it. There is no sound.

  • ok.. learn ASL sign language. I'm deaf since i was 3 years old.

  • no kidding, it's for deaf ppl to understand.

  • your sad lol

  • @bsol07 it's a video for deaf people sounnd would be a contridiction

  • Better every time I see it.

  • You don't need to learn the all of ASL just a few basics and then you get the basics of the story. Beautifully acted and portrayed in true ASL... what a joy to watch you perform.

  • Wow wonderful use of ASL!! Impressed ;-)

  • hmm.. i could only make out a few words...i used to be a PCA for a little deaf boy.. and it was fun learning sign language, even though it was a small amount for me. but awesome job

  • Lol - auditory trainers that HI kids wore in the 1980s and 1990s .....

Looking back, i realized right now that the usage of auditory trainers made me look nerdy .....

*shudders* i'd rather have a hearing aid

  • Hearing, from Hearing upbringing...but I still was able to get the gist of some of the story thanks to your facial expressions, body language, and classifiers. You make me want to learn Sign Language so I could understand more.

  • I'v been learning sign language fo a year now to become interpreter (I'm Belgian, no ASL ;-) ). I was able to follow most of it. I enjoyed it very much! You're a very skilfull storyteller!!

  • more!

  • That was excelllent! I think you should make more!!

  • SIr, are you a ginger?

  • alright first sign hello i think! now on to the hard part

  • It's disappointing to be interested enough in ASL that you go actively looking for videos, and then find out the people in them won't take 5 minutes to type captions or have a hearing friend do a voiceover.

  • Deaf culture is its own culture. And ASL is its own language. Why should concessions be made for the hearing automatically? If you uploaded a video would you automatically have it dubbed into Spanish just so Spanish-speaking YouTubers wouldn't miss out?

  • @Ampersandra It's disappointing to be interested enough in *everything else* on youtube that you go actively looking for videos, and then find out the people in them won't take 5 minutes to type captions or have a deaf friend do an interpretation in-picture video.

But you can learn the language. Deaf people can't switch their ears on. Sorry this video is not understandable for you... welcome to a deaf person's world.

PS: making captions is a lot of work and takes way more than five minutes.

  • wow V V is amazing! deaf ninja rulz!

  • This story is not quite funny, it's mystery. 5/5! Very GOOD!

  • That was phenomenal. SH

  • "oi"- "hello". i'am Bruno is my name. i verry like NINJA DEAF, nao consigo entender muito, mas, a sua mimica é perfeito, tambem um pouco facil para mim.... i love Ninja deaf, I'am from BRAZIL, and captain is San Paulo. please your comentary me. you is #1 eu nunca vou te esqueçer NINJA DEAF! • Its surely one of my favourite YouTube video! I coulda watch it again and again, your full description of story is amazing, its felt like im watchin a movie. Wow.. you even considering to create a actual movie, and its all leads by your story?

  • yeah i felt same way lol.

  • I can just visualize the black outfit with just the eyes shining. This is marvelous and I can understand most of it. Love this.

  • i dont know why this has such a low rating i guess its just hearing people >.>

  • lol even if I don't know sign language. It's still funny to try and guess what your saying. Awsome! =D

  • I'm learning ASL - One of my friends showed me this and I think it is amazing. I can actually picture it (I don't know that much so my friend had to reverse interpret for me) but still - it's AWESOME.

  • asl is pretty easy i have a friend whos deaf and hes been a good friend of mine for 3 years. he never had to teach me, after a while you catch on

  • man this if funny i cant believe its still on here lol

  • My bro-in law sent this after getting it from his ASL instructor...who also happened to be my ASL instructor about 4yrs ago in college. Now it's been about 4yrs since I've seen ASL for any length. At first, I was hopelessly lost...and then, bit by bit it started to come back. Parts of it towards the end were just like old times! Wow, that was awesome! Man I miss that. Gotta get back with the group! (and catch up. ;) )

  • i really like it!!! when u signed and its made my imagination appeared as u said and i totally enjoy it! great job, keep work, man.

  • CHAMP, best pic sign lang I ever see, I was told that you are hearing, we should be proud that you are one of the best sign lang in our community, I would love to see more of you,

  • Some hearing teachers in England can do sign even more better than that.

All you think about is USA so, what about other countries?

  • Sorry to let you know you are wrong. I am an American Sign Language teacher 12 years. What this young man did is use ASL with strong emphasis on classifiers. Look up ASL classifers and that denotes the highest form of ASL literacy/fluency. ASL does NOT rely on hearing languages.

  • Your comment failed because here am Australian not knowing ASL but that movie does make me a great sense, ASL not point they will always change their signs in the future!!

  • nah. all hearing sucks in arts of signing. all they can do is sign what they know the word is. not a common sense picturing signing.

  • That's a ignorant comment, saying all hearing suck at signing. you must not know many hearing signers.

  • good video

    but dont know deaf language

  • Nice 1 man! I loved the video and make some more? Cos I think you will get famous one day :D

    Bo selecta!

  • make more me and my bro like(little bro is deaf so he liked it more)

  • Darn, Love it!

  • His older brother, Weston, which went to my high school. He is great creating cartoons. Two creative brothers.. Amazing!

  • i'm signing impared, but if it was 1/2 as cool as it was fun to watch then i'm going to learn

  • fantastic!!!!!!!!!

  • you're awesome!!

  • Loved it! I'm actually hearing but I'm learning asl in college. Some signs were hard to understand but I really liked it! I had to translate for my mom when she asked what I was watching. Keep up the good work!

  • WOW... im hearing and ive been signing just over 5 years now. my dads teaching an asl class, and we have to use that. youre an amazing clear signer. deaf are better story tellers than hearing. be proud

  • One day I will understand it (Give me until the end of the semester!)

  • i watched this in my asl class.

    i LOVE IT.

  • I wonder about you,stop show? or find another job?? Miss u ! Love,friend Margaret(cunz)

  • wow! That was great! I love how he beats the hell out of them with his earphones lol. I just started learning asl a few weeks ago by my seminar teacher. It's pretty easy to learn once you have the right resources. This story was very enjoyable. I'll recommend it to my teacher

  • cool

  • Great job, Austin! :)

  • i hate sign language -.-

  • Then Why you watch the video at first place! ! ! !

  • @leeshawbrown why?

  • Awesome! I took Some ASL in college and would like to take it again, my teacher was deaf so that helped out allot! I'm hearing but I think ASL is a beautiful Language! Gave you five stars! Oh I subscribed too! Keep up the awesome work!

  • I think it is too weird to watch it. I am deaf myself but I think it is still weird to watch it. No offense but that's my opinion. :p
